Bringing Wimbledon 2023 to Life with Vodafone

In the lead-up to Wimbledon 2023, we collaborated with Vodafone, an official tournament partner, to spotlight the next generation of British tennis talent. Initially set to feature Emma Raducanu, Jack Draper, Alfie Hewett, and Gordon Reid, the project took an unexpected turn when Raducanu and Draper withdrew from the competition. This challenge became an opportunity, allowing us to pivot quickly and introduce rising star Jodie Burrage into the lineup.

Rather than letting obstacles hinder the production, we leveraged them to expand our storytelling approach. The result? A dynamic mix of high-quality vox pop interviews and intimate, self-shot footage from the athletes themselves, crafting a narrative that felt raw, authentic, and deeply human.

More than just a promotional campaign, this content series subtly reinforced Vodafone’s brand message while building excitement around Wimbledon. Through agile problem-solving and creative adaptability, we delivered compelling visual stories that resonated with audiences and celebrated the journey of these remarkable athletes.
