Deel’s social team interviewed business leaders across hybrid and fully remote companies to explore perspectives on the future of work. The goal was to create short-form social content that felt insightful, credible, and native to platform while reinforcing Deel’s position as a leader in global, distributed work.

I led the art direction and edited the interview footage into concise, high-impact videos, establishing a clear visual system, pacing, and motion language optimized for social. The series became some of Deel’s top-performing social content in Q3, driving strong engagement and validating the editorial and design approach.
